This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the accompanying appeal. The applicant is 74 years old senior citizen, who has filed the accompanying appeal being dissatisfied with the quantum of compensation granted by the Reference Court. It is relevant that this is the second round of litigation before this Court after remand of the proceedings by this Court by an earlier order. 3.

In view of these facts and circumstances, particularly because the delay is only of 12 days, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned.
