By this contempt petition, the petitioner challenges non-compliance with the order passed by this Court dated 15/11/2016 and the order dated 02/12/2016.

Vide order dated 15/11/2016, the Court had permitted the petitioner to make representation for his transfer to Virshi. Vide the said order, the petitioner was granted liberty to withdraw the said petition by directing the respondent-Zilla Parishad to consider his representation, if made, for his transfer to Virshi. The subsequent review application filed by the petitioner has also been

2 cp.6.17 dismissed by this Court vide order dated 02/12/2016.

Undisputedly, the petitioner has not made any representation to the Zilla Parishad for his transfer to Virshi. When the representation itself is not made, there is no question of consideration of the same.

In that view of the matter, no case is made out for interference in the contempt jurisdiction. The contempt petition is thus rejected.
