Learned Counsel for the applicant has taken out this application for speaking to minutes and has pointed out that, by order dt.17.12.2018, this Court had directed to issue notice to respondents and learned Assistant Government Pleader had waived notice for respondent no.2/State. However, inadvertently, learned Assistant Government Pleader is typed to have waived notice for respondent no.1 when respondent no.1 is a private party, of whose proposed legal heirs are to be brought on record. We have perused the order dt.17.8.2018 which substantiates the submissions advanced as aforesaid. Hence, we pass the following order.

Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent no.2/State.

Issue notice to proposed legal heirs of

The order be corrected accordingly.
