Mr.K.S.Motwani, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, after filing of present Criminal Application No.5 of 2016, certain events have occurred. Therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present application. The learned Counsel further submits that liberty be granted to him to file fresh application in order to bring the subsequent events on record those occurred after filing of the present application. The prayer is accepted. The Criminal Application is dismissed as 'withdrawn' with liberty, as prayed for.
