DATED : OCTOBER 11, 2019 This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 778 days in filing the accompanying appeal. The applicant / appellant is seeking enhancement of compensation for acquisition of his land and also compensation towards orange trees that were standing on the land at the time of acquisition.

The delay in filing appeal is condoned, subject to the direction that the applicants / appellants shall not be entitled to interest for the period of delay in the event the quantum of compensation is further enhanced.
