Heard Shri A.B. Tikle, learned Counsel for the applicants and Shri J.Y. Ghurde, learned A.P.P. for respondent. By consent, Rule is issued in the matter, making the same returnable forthwith.

Parties have jointly approached this Court for quashing of Regular Criminal Case No.45/2015 and FIR giving rise to Charge-sheet No.37/2015. Offence registered are under Section 498A, 323, 506, 504 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Prevention of Dowry Act.

Applicant no.1 before this Court is husband, while applicant no.6 is wife. Applicant nos.

Order 1501apl6.16 2 to 5 are brothers of applicant no.1.

A compromise is entered into between the parties in H.M.P. No.279/2015 on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha.

Applicant nos. 1 and 6 are identified by their Counsel Shri A.B. Tikle.

Applicant No.6 Pooja, has accepted the compromise. She also accepts that out of amount of Rs.9 lakhs, due and payable to her, she has received an amount of Rs. 1 lakh in cash and Rs. 8 lakhs are deposited for her withdrawal in the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha.

In view of this settlement, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (1). Criminal Application is accordingly allowed. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
