The applicant/petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. This is also oral submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, made after receiving instructions.

Ms. Umale, learned Counsel for respondent no. 1 states that reason given in the application for withdrawal of the petition is wrong. Whatever may be the reasons, the fact remains that withdrawal of this petition has been sought and since the petitioner is the master of the proceeding that he initiates, the permission to withdraw the same would have to be granted by this Court.

CAW 1332.2020.odt Leave is granted. Writ Petition No. 65/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. All questions are kept open no costs.

Accordingly, Civil Application (CAW) No.

1332/2020 is also disposed of.
