ATE : FEBRUARY 13, 2025 1) It is not in dispute that in pursuance to e-tender bearing No.CHPD/T1651/3000041260 dated 18/08/2023, the work order for annual contract for mechanical maintenance in CHP-D(U-8&9) CSTPS, Chandrapur for two years has been issued on 04/10/2023.

2) A period of one year and five month approximately out of the above period of two years has lapsed. This would indicate a situation which has become irreversible. In that view of the matter, we are no longer inclined to interfere in the petition, in view of what has been held by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of M.S.Sanjay vs. Indian Bank and others reported in 2025 INSC 177. As such, the petition stands dismissed. No costs.
