Mr N. R. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent/State, upon instructions, makes a statement, that in view of the judgment of this Court in the case of Miss. Devkar Dipali Kisan and others vs. The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No.5313 of 2017 and connected matters decided on 25.04.2019 and the Government Resolution dated 01.04.2021, the respondents shall issue modified approval in terms thereof.
