The applicant is arrested in crime registered against him for the offences punishable under Section 376(2)(i) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections, 4, 6 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The allegations against the applicant are that he has forcibly committed the offence against the victim aged about 12 years.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has pointed out from the first information report, the statement of the victim and the medical examination report, the relevant details which according to the applicant show the falsity of the case of the complainant.
2 ba06.16 However, considering the nature of allegations and the provisions of Section 29 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, I am not inclined to grant the prayer made in the application for directing the non-applicant to release the applicant on bail. The application is dismissed.
