This is an application seeking permission to allow the applicants/appellants to file the First Appeal as indigent persons. Heard. Perused the pursis tendered by the learned Assistant Govt. Pleader along with the report of the Collector (Annexure R-1). As per the said report, there is no no immovable property in the name of the appellant nos.1 and 2.

In view thereof, the appellant nos. 1 and 2 and their brothers and sisters at Sr.Nos. 3 to 5 are declared as indigent persons and they are permitted to file the Appeal as indigent persons.

With this order, the Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of.

The First Appeal be registered.
