Perused letter dated 13/07/2016 from In-Charge Ad hoc District Judge-2 & Assistant Sessions Judge, Chandrapur.

Appellant Bhojraj Madiwar is reported to be dead. Copy of death certificate shows that he died on 25/04/2006 during pendency of appeal. Police report dated 11/07/2016 also indicates that the sole appellant-Bhojraj is dead.

In view of above, Criminal Appeal No.187/2004 stands disposed of as abated.
