We have heard this matter for some time. Shri Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with a prayer for directing the trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the criminal proceedings on merit and if required after separating the trial of the petitioner from that of the co-accused of the petitioner. 2.
Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted with direction to the trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the trial of the petitioner in the present crime on its own merit, preferably within a period of three months from the date of framing of the charge, and also if necessary after separating the trial of this petitioner from that the co-accused of the petitioner.
