Considering the fact that applicants have attended the police station in compliance with the order of this Court dated 21/09/2016 and also the fact that now considerable time has passed by since registration of the offences, they were registered on 22/08/2016, I am of the view that this application now can be allowed.
The application is allowed. The conditions imposed upon the applicants regarding their attendance at the police station is recalled and now it is clarified that the applicants may not attend the police station, unless required, and shall attend the Court dates, as may be given in the case which would be filed against them.
The application is disposed of.
