Prayer is to extend the time for furnishing solvent surety in terms of order dated 14/11/2014.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that though the surety was ready for being furnished, due to lapse of time, same could not be furnished earlier.

In view of reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. The trial Court is directed to accept the solvent surety furnished by the applicants.
