The First application is filed for condonation of delay of 549 days in filing restoration application. 3.

The second application is for restoration of First Appeal St No.3337/2020 which was dismissed for non-removal of office objection under order dated 13.06.2023.

The learned counsel for the applicants/claimants is ready to remove the office objections, within two weeks.

As such, both the applications stand allowed in terms of their respective prayers, subject to cost of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the Vidharbh Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur.

The first appeal be restored to its original stage. 7.

It is made clear that the applicants/claimants shall not be entitled for any interest for the aforesaid period of delay on the enhanced compensation, if granted. 8.
