Learned counsel for the parties are agreeable that the interim order dated 07/01/2023 can be continued till the decision of the revision pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer, as the present petition challenges an interim order, considering which, the present petition is disposed of by directing the Sub-Divisional Officer to decide the revision pending before him by 15/03/2023, till which time, the interim order dated 07/01/2023 passed by this Court shall continue. 2.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
