Civil Application (CAF) No.3354 of 2024 is filed for direction to respondent No.3/Insurance Company to deposit the entire enhanced amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon, as per the judgment dated 04.09.2024 in the present appeal. Pursuant to this application, the respondent No.3/Insurance Company has filed Civil Application (CAF) No.19/2025 for permission to deposit the amount of enhanced compensation along with accrued interest thereon.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.3/ Insurance Company is ready with the Cheque of aforesaid compensation amount to be deposited today only. As such, nd.thawre

she is permitted to deposit the said enhanced amount of compensation with this Court.

On deposit of such enhanced amount of compensation, the appellant/original claimant is permitted to withdraw the same, along with accrued interest thereon, if any.

The Civil Application (CAF) No.19/2025 is disposed of.
