Mr.N.G.Jetha, counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 7. CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A NAIK & MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.

DATE : 17.02.2017.

By this application, the applicant-respondent No.1 has sought a clarification of the order dated 29/11/2016. Though this application is filed with certain facts for claiming that a qualified and eligible surplus assistant teacher could have been appointed as headmaster in the school run by the original petitioner-society, it is informed to this court by the learned counsel for the zilla parishad that during the pendency of this application, one of the teachers working in the petitioner-society showed her willingness to be appointed as a headmistress and she has started working as a headmistress in the said school. In view of the subsequent development, the cause for filing the civil application would not survive.

By accepting the statements made on behalf of the zilla parishad, that are not disputed by the original petitioner-society, we dispose of this civil application.
