It is pointed out that the applicant was in jail and he was never released on bail and therefore, in column No. (iii) as this Court has observed that "bail as in the trial Court with fresh bonds" is sought to be corrected by direction to furnish surety.

Accordingly, following corrections be carried out in the order dated 23/12/2022 and be uploaded afresh.

"(iii) The applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount".
