When the petitions are called out for hearing, the learned counsel for the parties have brought to the notice of this Court that in identical cases, this Court disposed of writ petitions by order dated 24.02.2022 in the following manner:
"The relief which was granted to the employees was a direction to the university that proposal for creation of post be submitted to the State Government.

2. It appears that four agricultural universities including the respondent Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth did approach the State Government which declined sanction for creation of posts.
3. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate steps.
4. The petition is disposed of, with liberty as prayed.

In view of the above, these petitions are also disposed of with permission to withdraw the writ petitions and liberty to take appropriate steps in the matters.
