Learned Counsel appearing for applicant has pointed towards an inadvertent mistake occurred while disposing of Criminal Application (APPA) No.1265/2023 on 21.12.2023. It is submitted that said application was disposed, however, inadvertently entire appeal against conviction has been disposed since withdrawn. 2.

Apparently mistake has occurred on our part. Hence order dated 21.12.2023 passed in Criminal Appeal No.762/2023 is recalled and the same order shall be treated to be passed on Criminal Application (APPA) No.1265/2023.
