Learned counsel Shri D.S.Khushalani for the applicant submits that because of rivalry with the parents, the complainant lodged a false report. As such, learned counsel for the applicant prays for grant of bail in favour of the applicant.

Record shows age of the applicant as 26 years. 4.

As per statements of witnesses and victim, the applicant purchased the victim from parents of the complainant and did sexual intercourse against her wish. He was not allowing her to go out.

Looking to report, statements of witnesses show that the girl was purchased by the applicant. Hence, he is .....2/-
