The Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur had appointed Mrs.Sonali Saware, Advocate for the applicant. The applicant, however, did not cooperate with her. On 5.8.2015, the learned counsel filed a pursis bearing No. 2564/2015 stating that inspite of her hectic efforts, the applicant is not providing the copy of the charge-sheet and also not contacting her. This Court on 6th January, 2016 directed the Establishment Officer of the Committee to make a phone call to the applicant informing her that the counsel appointed on her behalf has filed a pursis to take necessary steps for removal of office objections within one week or else the matter would be dismissed. The applicant-Smt. Rajashri had assured that she will make contact with the appointed counsel and visit her office on 8.1.2016. However, the applicant inspite of assurance, did not turn up to the offices of the appointed Advocate or the Committee nor replied to the letter dated 13th July, 2015 sent by Establishment Officer of the Committee.

11.01.appln.1.15 It appears that the applicant is not at all interested in prosecuting the present Application. Hence Criminal Application No.1/2015 is dismissed in default.

The professional fee of Mrs.Sonali Saware, Advocate (appointed) for the applicant is quantified at Rs.1,000/-.
