Heard Ms. Radha Mishra, learned counsel (appointed) for the petitioners and Shri R.S. Nayak, learned APP for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is already decided by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1050 of 2014 dated 27.01.2015.

Further, in present petition, the learned APP has filed reply on behalf of Respondent No. 5. He invites our attention to para 6 of the said reply. By the said para, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the case of the petitioner Sau. Kiran Ukey will be considered after the completion of her actual imprisonment of seven years. In para 6 it is pointed out that she has already completed the actual imprisonment of six years, 9 months and nine days. In view of the statement made by the learned APP and in view of earlier decision, nothing survives in this petition. It is disposed of accordingly.

The charges for the counsel appointed for the petitioners are fixed at Rs.1,500/-.
