By this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging order passed by Returning Officer dated 31.12.2020 by which the Returning Officer accepted nomination papers of respondent No.2.

Learned counsel Shri S.D.Chopde for the petitioner submits that election has already taken place on 15.12.2020.

Since remedy of election petition is there, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file election petition.
