The dispute between the appellant and respondent has been amicably settled on arrival of compromise between them. They have jointly filed the compromise application, which is marked 'X' for identification. Both the counsel, on instructions, pray for passing of compromise decree in terms of this compromise application. This compromise between the appellant and the respondent has taken place before the learned Mediator.

In view of above, the AO is disposed of as compromised between the appellant and respondent in terms of joint compromise application, marked as "X". Decree be drawn up in terms of compromise marked as "X". The parties to bear their own costs.
