DATED : JANUARY 8, 2018 This Court has disposed of Writ Petition No.8026/2017 by order dated 19/12/2017 after noticing that the ceiling on age was crossed by the petitioner in earlier year.

2) The statement in paragraph 4 of the order dated 19/12/2017 is in view of this finding. It is apparent that as petitioner was not possessing educational qualification in that year, he could not have participated in the admission process.
