Learned counsel Shri N.A.Gawande for the petitioner, is absent. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs.Mrunal Barabde, represents respondent Nos.1 and 2. Nobody appears for respondent No.3.

By this writ petition, the petitioner challenges order dated 31.12.2020 passed by the Returning Officer thereby rejecting objections raised by the petitioner in respect of nomination papers submitted by respondent No.3.

The nomination papers of respondent No.3 were in respect of election to be held on 15.1.2021. The Gram Panchayat Elections are already held on 15.1.2021 in which respondent No.3 has contested.

In this view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file election petition, if so advised to do so.
