The contemnor Sanjeev Birsen Ahuja in C.P.No.1 of 2017 is personally present before this Court and is identified by Shri H.R.Gadhia, the learned counsel appearing for him. In the affidavit, the contemnor has tendered unconditional apology and has stated that he is ready to abide by the undertaking furnished before this Court in the affidavit itself.

2 2004conp1.17.odt Criminal Writ Petition No.8 of 2017 is filed by the contemnor in Criminal Contempt Petition No.1 of 2017 whereas Criminal Writ Petition No.7 of 2017 is filed by his wife namely Sheetal Ahuja. The contemnor Sanjeev Ahuja as well as the petitioner Sheetal Ahuja have furnished pursis-cum-undertaking before this Court, marked as "X" and "Y" for identification, respectively. The matter is settled between the parties. They have agreed to abide by the terms and conditions incorporated therein. Hence, in view of above, both the Writ Petitions as well as Criminal Contempt Petition stand disposed of as settled. JUDGE JUDGE chute.
