DATE : January 25, 2019 Prayer is to condone delay in filing the appeal. The reasons for the cause of delay are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application. The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicant. Considering the fact that that the claim petition filed by the claimants was dismissed by the Claims Tribunal, the reasons assigned appear to be accepted. Hence the delay is condoned.
