DATED : 23-02-2016 These two applications are filed by the same three applicants seeking bail for the same offence. 2.

In Criminal Application (BA) No.8/2016, the applicants are represented by Shri P.W. Mirza, Advocate, who has filed pursis dated 23-02-2016 pointing out that he has informed the applicants by letter dated 03-02-2016 intimating them that he is withdrawing his Vakalatnama.

In Criminal Application (BA) No.32/2016, the applicants are represented by Shri R.M. Daga, Advocate. The learned Advocate is not in a position to point out as to why two applications are filed and he submits that perhaps it is because of some communication gap between the relatives of the applicants who are handling the matter.

The Criminal Application (BA) No.32/2016 was listed before this Court on 17-02-2016 on which date the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had pointed out that the applicants have moved another application. The hearing of application was adjourned to enable the applicants to take appropriate steps. The applicants have not taken appropriate steps to withdraw one of the application.

In the above facts, I am not inclined to entertain either of the application filed by the applicants. 5.

The above applications are dismissed. The applicants are at liberty to file fresh application, if so advised.
