Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs.Mrunal Barabde for respondents, points out that by this writ petition the petitioner is challenging order dated 31.12.2020 passed by returning officer of Gram Panchayat Ekarjuna, taluka Warora, district Chandrapur whereby nomination papers of the petitioner were rejected.

Notices on this writ petition were issued on 4.1.2021. However, no interim order was granted. 3.

In view of law laid down by the full bench of this Court in the case of Karmaveer Tulshiram Autade and ors vs. The State and Election Commission and ors decided on 13.1.2021 in Writ Petition (St.) No.26/2021 and connected matters, this writ petition is not maintainable challenging rejection of nomination papers.

In view of the law laid down in the case cited supra, this writ petition is not maintainable and it is dismissed and disposed of as such.
