Mrs. Patil, learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the amount of compensation along with accrued interest including the statutory benefits is already deposited before the Reference Court.

In view of that the implementation, operation and execution of the judgment and award passed in LAC No.11/2020 is stayed till disposal of the appeal. 5.
