DATED : 29-01-2021 The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 11/2020 registered with Khamgaon City Police Station, District Buldhana for offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The submission is that similarly circumstanced coaccused are protected by this Court. My attention is drawn to order dated 28-9-2020 in Criminal Application (ABA) 338/2020.

It is not in dispute that similarly circumstanced co-accused are protected by this Court.

Even otherwise, considering that the application is based on documentary material, which is said to be in possession of the police, protecting the applicant is not likely to adversely affect investigation.

The interim protection granted vide order dated 08-1-2021 is made absolute.
