DATED : 09/01/2025 The present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the petition to bring on record subsequent events after filing of the petition. By way of this amendment, petitioner seeks permission to add paragraph No.5-A as well as prayer Clause (i-a) challenging the impugned order passed subsequently during the pendency of petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within three days.

After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 27.01.2025. 5.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondents.
