Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel for the parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.
2) Rule, returnable forthwith. Smt. Joshi, learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for the respondent no.1. Heard finally with consent of the learned Counsels appearing for the parties.
3) The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 17/9/2019 passed by the respondent no.1 de-recognising the Institution run by the petitioner. Perusal of the impugned order does not disclose any reasons and hence, on this sole ground, the impugned order needs to be quashed and set aside. 4) In view of the above, the impugned order dated 17/9/2019 passed by the respondent no.1 is quashed and set aside. The respondent no.1 Deputy Director of Education is directed to hear the petitioner afresh and pass appropriate order giving reasons thereof. This be done within a period of twelve weeks from today. 5) The rule is made absolute in the above terms. No order as to costs.
6) This judgment be communicated to the learned Counsels appearing for the parties, either on the e-mail address or
