Heard Advocate Shri Dharaskar for the applicant and Shri V.P. Gangane, learned APP for the non-applicant/State.

Perused the report, from the report it appears that applicant No.2 is mother-in-law and applicant No.1 is sister-in-law. As per the report, mother-in-law poured kerosene on the person of victim and accused No.1 sister-in-law pressed her mouth and her husband set her on fire. Specific role played by applicant No.1 and No.2 is stated by the victim. Hence, applicants are not entitled for any protection. The application is rejected.
