Mr. Dakhore, Advocate holding for Mr. Sonwane, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is convicted by the learned Judge of the Court below and the sufferance of sentence is 10 years and he is in jail. He further submits that due to poverty, he was required to move before the Legal Aid Committee and thereafter the Legal Aid Committee has appointed Mr. Sonwane, Advocate. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No. 4/2018 is allowed.

(ii) Delay of 241 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Office is directed to register the appeal and place it for admission on 04.04.2018.
