DATED : NOVEMBER 28, 2018 On 12.10.2018, this Court (Coram: P. N. Deshmukh, J) issued bailable warrant against appellant since nobody appeared on the said date before this Court. Today, when the matter was called, learned A.P.P. submits that he has received report from the concerned police officer that the appellant Govind alias Shishu alias Vivek s/o Prakash alias Avdesh Borkar alias Shrivastava has expired on 08.01.2010. He placed on record a written communication given by Senior Police Inspector of Sitabuldi Police Station, Nagpur City with Death Certificate issued by competent authority. The said is taken record and marked as Document "X" for identification.

Since the appellant is dead, the appeal stands abated and it is disposed of accordingly.
