Present application is filed for condonation of delay of 180 days in filing land acquisition appeal (First Appeal). 2.
Though the application is opposed by the respondents, for the reasons mentioned in para 2, we are of the considered opinion that there is sufficient cause to condone the delay.

As such, the application is allowed. The delay of 180 days is hereby condoned in filing First Appeal. 4.
Registry is directed to register the First Appeal. 5.
The Civil Application stands disposed of.

Present application is filed for grant of stay. 2.
The learned Counsel for appellant submits that they will deposit the entire decretal amount within a period of eight weeks.

The application is opposed by the learned Counsel for the respondents.

In view of the fair submission made by the learned Counsel for the appellant, we deem it appropriate to grant stay to effect, operation and execution of implementation of judgment and decree passed in Land Acquisition Case No.4/2020, passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mehkar, District Buldhana.

As such, the application is allowed. The effect, operation and execution of implementation of judgment and decree passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mehkar, District Buldhana in Land Acquisition Case No.4/2020 is stayed subject to deposit of total decretal amount within a period of eight weeks.
The Civil Application stands disposed of.
