Heard Shri V.R. Choudhary, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. T. Khan, learned counsel for the respondents.
Without looking into documents, the Court is being requested to permit substitution.
The application is by son, who is legal heir and relevant legal provisions are not quoted. Even date of death cannot be disclosed to this Court by the counsel who states that death certificate document No. 2 on record is not legible.
In this situation, subject to payment of cost of Rs. Fifty to High Court Bar Association for library purposes, we allow both the civil applications.
Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.
