This Court on 20th January, 2020 has observed thus:

"6. The petitioners shall collect the copy of the rough map placed on record (to be delivered to the petitioners) and shall file their written statement on the basis of the said rough map on the next date before the trial Court. This would be subject to the actual copy of the plaint being supplied to them and in the event there is any discrepancy or difference found in the plaint map and the copy of the map delivered to the petitioners, their right to file an additional written statement would be protected by this Court."

In compliance of the said order, the copy of plaint map was supplied to the petitioner and accordingly the written statement was filed. However, SKNair

82-wp-388-20.odt subsequently certain discrepancies were found in the plaint map supplied to the petitioner and therefore on last occasion, the learned counsel for the respondent Shri Sawal made a statement that though already plaint map was supplied, once again he would supply the plaint map to the petitioner.

Accordingly it is supplied and as per the petitioner there are no discrepancies in the plaint map. Therefore, liberty is granted to file written statement as per order dated 20th January, 2020, more particularly as per paragraph 6. Such permission is already granted in the above referred paragraph 6.

Further as nothing survives in the present petition. The writ petition is disposed of.
