Civil Application (CAF) No.98 of 2020 By an order dated 28.11.2019 passed on Civil Application No.3881 of 2018 this Court had directed the appellant to deposit 50 % amount of compensation within period of four weeks. The amount has not been deposited within the time stipulated for which the reason given is that the learned counsel for the appellant had met with a minor accident on 15.12.2019, as a result of which she was unable to put up a cheque before the registry within the stipulated time, thereafter due to Christmas vacations same could not be done. The learned counsel states that the cheque is available with her and she would deposit it within a period of two days from today. In the light of that statement the

913.FA.1326.18 Civil Application No.89 of 2020 is allowed. The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to deposit the cheque in compliance with the order dated 28.11.2019 within period of two weeks from today. Civil Application is disposed of.
