This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the revision to challenge the judgment and order of conviction passed by the learned Magistrate, which is confirmed by the learned lower appellate Court.
Mr. Rode, placed on record a communication addressed to him by the Superintendent, District Prison, Bhandara, which shows that the applicant Rajesh @ Raja Sudarshan Bharti is lodged in the said prison since 04.09.2017. The communication is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
