The limited relief claimed by the petitioners in this petition is that though the Revision is pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati for long time, the same is not being decided. The petitioners also apprehended their dispossession.

Taking into consideration this aspect, this Court by way of an ad interim order passed on 7th of January, 2016 directed the parties to maintain status quo of possession as on date.

Shri Kalwaghe, learned counsel appears for respondent nos.4 and 5. He has no objection for granting prayer Clause (i).

In that view of the matter, petition is disposed of with direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati Division,
