The application is filed by respondent Nos.1A to 1G/claimants seeking permission to withdraw the compensation amount. As claimants relied on order dated 16.9.2021 passed in Civil Application No.1830/2021 in First Appeal No.899/2018 wherein withdrawal to the extent of 75% of amount of compensation with interest accrued thereon is permitted to be withdrawn, the present application needs to be disposed of on the same terms in the said first appeal.
