The relief sought in the petition is for direction to the respondents to take immediate decision on the representation made by the petitioners, dated 5.6.2014 and the subsequent representations.
Taking into consideration the innocuous relief claimed by the petitioners, we are inclined to allow this writ petition in terms of prayer clause(a).
The petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The same shall be done within a period of three months.
