It is claimed that inspite of their being transfer orders, the petitioners are not relieved to the transferred posts.

In view of above reason, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to treat this petition as the representation of the petitioner and decide it within a period of six weeks from today.

The petition is disposed of.
