DATED : 05-03-2020 Considering the delicate and sensitive contours of the controversy and the inter se relationship, I suggested to the learned Counsel Shri P.R. Agrawal who appears on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Senior Counsel Shri M.V. Samarth who appears on behalf of the respondents to arrive at a mutually acceptable arrangement which would hold the field till the conclusion of the trial, which trial shall be expedited. 2.

It is appreciable that the learned Counsel have used their good offices, wisdom and experience to persuade their respective clients to arrive at the following arrangements.

(i) Without prejudice to the rival contentions, respondent 1-Ankush Bambal shall pay the petitionerSmt. Tanvi Bambal interim maintenance of Rs.15,000/- instead of Rs.5,000/- as directed by the learned Magistrate, with effect from the date of the application.

2 wp19.20 (ii) The trial shall be concluded as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within six months. (iii) The arrears shall be paid within two months. However, the current maintenance amount shall be regularly paid.

(iv) While the arrears may be deposited in the trial Court, current maintenance amount shall be deposited in the bank account of the petitioner on or before the 5th day of every calendar month.

The terms of the interim arrangement are accepted as undertaking to this Court.

The petition is disposed of in the aforestated terms.
